STEAMWorks NJ and Team Velocity’s Little Sparks Technology Camp inspires 3rd to 8th grade students and encourages them to develop a love of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math, while also teaching problem-solving skills.
The camp takes place August 10th – August 14th between 8 am – 12 pm, we charge $150 for the week.
Activities include:
- Science experiments
- 3D Printing
- Computer Programming
- Engineering Challenges
- Unique Art Projects
Be assured, this camp will follow all CDC guidelines, including:
- Social distance all students, mentors and volunteers
- Take temperatures at the beginning of each day
- Fill out healthcare assessment questionnaires at the beginning of each day
- All attendees wear a mask
- Wash hands frequently
- Sanitize workstations every hour
- Have a single touch rule for all equipment and materials
- Have fun while learning about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math

What Steps are you taking to protect my children?
Students, Parents, and Staff are required to wear masks at ALL times throughout the camp.
In addition, the student’s materials for the day are packaged and cleaned.
Is transport given for the local area?
This camp does not provide transportation. Parents signing up students are required to provide transportation to and from camp.
